Here are the most frequently asked questions about our plugins.

1. I purchased your plugin, how can I download it?

As soon as you complete the order you receive an email with the download link and the license key. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder.

You can also access your purchased product history at any time by logging into your account here.

Note that you must activate the plugin within one year. Once a plugin license key is expired, you will not be able to activate the plugin.

2. Does IntellyWP include lifetime support and updates?

All IntellyWP products are a one-time fee, no recurring payment. Your purchased license includes one year of free product updates and premium support.

After one year, you can still use the products you’ve purchased but you won’t able to edit the saved settings, however, you will no longer have access to​ file downloads,​ updates or premium support.

 

3. If I purchase a Single-site or a 5 sites license, can I upgrade later to a bigger package?

Yes, you can definitely upgrade your purchase anytime. You simply have to pay the difference of the package that you would like to upgrade your account to. For detailed instructions, please see our online help article here.

 

4. How many sites can I install the plugins on? Can I use them for my client sites?

All of our products can be used by the number of sites in your package purchase.

If you’ve purchased a 5 sites license package (Marketer) you can use the products on up to 5 sites. If you are planning to use on your customers websites, you have to buy the Agency package which give you 25 installs.

 

5. What’s the advantage of renewing my purchase?

By renewing your licenses you will be ensured that you are always using the latest version of the product and access to premium support. The updates also include framework updates that ensures compatibility with the latest version of the WordPress framework.

 

6. How can I upgrade to pro?

If you are using a FREE version, and you have just bought a PRO version of the plugin, you can refer to our documentation to see how to upgrade to PRO.
